In short
MILEPROOF Palm & Finger Patches are cushioned adhesive patches shaped for the upper palm and finger joints. Fitness racers and obstacle racers use them on calluses and hotspots before sled, rowing, rope and bar work, or to cover a hand rip while it heals.
Where to buy: MILEPROOF Palm and Finger Patches for Fitness Racing will be sold on Amazon US and TikTok Shop US from January 2027. It is not sold on this website.
What are palm and finger patches for?
Sled pulls, farmer's carries, rope work and monkey bars put heavy friction on the palm, especially where calluses sit just below the fingers. When a thick callus catches, the skin can tear: a hand rip.
MILEPROOF Palm & Finger Patches are shaped for the upper palm and finger joints. They add a smooth, cushioned layer over calluses and hotspots, and cover a rip while it heals.
How do you apply palm patches?
- Wash hands and dry them completely. Apply before chalk.
- Place the patch over the callus line or hotspot and press the edges for 30 seconds.
- Close and open your hand a few times so the patch settles into the crease.
- For a rip: clean it, trim loose flaps with clean scissors, then cover with a patch.
Quality: tested side by side with leading competitors for grip under friction, flex in the palm, feel. How we test.

Questions
How do I stop my hands ripping in fitness races?
Keep calluses filed down and skin moisturized, build pulling volume gradually, use grips or tape on bar-heavy sessions and cover known hotspots. CrossFit's own hand-care guide recommends the same steps.
Are these the same as the foot blister patches?
They work the same way, but the shape and thickness are made for hands so you can still feel the handle.
